Gliomas are one of the most common types of brain tumors.Numerous efforts have been contributed to dissect the mechanisms of glioma genesis and identify biomarkers for diagnosis and treatment.To facilitate further investigations,here we present a comprehensive database of GliomaDB.GliomaDB is an integrated database using RNA-Seq,whole genome/exome sequencing,and clinical data from The Cancer Genome Atlas,Gene Expression Omnibus and our unpublished data.GliomaDB include expression and gene fusion data from 1797 samples and DNA mutation data from 1600 samples.
