  Influenza virus is generally used as a model to investigate the endocytosis mechanism considering that it is an obligate intracellular parasite infecting cells by endocytosis.The infection pathway of Influenza virus is reported as a "slow-fast-slow" process containing the stage that viruses move along microtubules.Considering that the influences of complex microtubule architecture on the movement of molecular motors could not be ignored.
