Poly[N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide] (polyHPMA) and peptide dendritic polymer have been proved to be some of the leading candidates for delivery of anticancer drugs for cancer treatments,as their nonimmunogenic,neutral and water soluble properties.We have reported a serial of polyHPMA and peptide dendritic gene/drug delivery vehicles and imaging probes,and the potential for cancer diagnosis and therapy.
