　　Aryl sulfides are versatile building blocks for synthesis of organic molecules of higher complexity.These potential scaffolds are frequently found in natural products,pharmaceuticals and commonly exhibit biological activities.Facile synthesis of aryl thiocyanates was developed in good yields from arylation of KSCN with diaryliodonium salts.The reaction was tolerated diverse nucleophiles such as NaNO2 and NaN3 with high yields.The applications of ary thiocyanate to different thio-containing derivatives have been realized,such as benzothiazol-2(3H)-one,SF3-containing product,and P-thiotetrazole ligand.
