近几年,网络销售日益盛行,电商代购广受欢迎.在网络平台购买化妆品已成为一种主流消费模式.然而,代购化妆品缺乏安全性是一大不可忽视的弊端.特别是好评不断、快速兴起的高效面膜的可靠性值得怀疑.有报道显示,厂家为追求面膜高效、低成本,常在面膜中违法添加糖皮质激素.糖皮质激素具有抗炎、抗过敏等药理作用,它可抑制纤维细胞增生,减少5-羟色胺的形成,对"祛痘"、"美白"等都有即时可见的显著功效.但糖皮质激素易引发皮炎、感染等症状,若摄入过多甚至会引发眼部并发症、类固醇糖尿病、高血压、骨质疏松等疾病.在《化妆品卫生规范》中明确规定,糖皮质激素属于禁用物质.糖皮质激素属于甾体类固醇激素,检测糖皮质激素的方法有高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法、液质联用法、气质联用法、超临界流体色谱联用法、免疫分析法、毛细管电泳法。本文采用固相萃取,高效液相色谱仪-二极管阵列检测器-串联单四极杆质谱(SPE-HPLC-DAD/MS)的方法,测定面膜中糖皮质激素氢化可的松、地塞米松和氯倍他索丙酸酯。其中二极管阵列检测器作为定量、定量检测器,单四极杆质谱仪作为辅助定性检测器。
