  Purpose We reviewed a case of negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) for mesh-site infection after incisional hernia repair and relevant literature.Methods This was a 76 years old female patient.She had a history of many times of abdominal operations, 3 of which was incisional hernia repair, including 2 times of mesh implantation.
