　　Co-delivery of chemotherapeutic drug and microRNA is a promoting strategy for tumor therapy due to its synergistic effect.In our study, hydrophobic doxorubicin (DOX) and negative miR-34a were simultaneously delivered by self-assembly micelles system (SHRss) which using oly(1-arginine)-poly(1-histidine)-stearoyl as the building unit for copolymers.
