　　Heavy-duty coating is largely demanded for equipment under heavy corrosive environment,such as marine,sea-fiat et al.With the development of nanotechnology,nano-ceramic particles show great prospect to improve the anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties of epoxy coating.In the present work,several kinds of nano-ceramic powders such as SiC,TiO2 and Al2O3 were selected as fillers to improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of epoxy coating.These nano-ceramic powders were pretreated by chemical and physical methods to improve the combination with epoxy resin.
