目的:了解萧山区2008年卫生投诉举报的情况。方法:对萧山区2008年卫生投诉举报按类别、方式、时间分布以及处理情况等进行统计分析。结果:萧山区2008年共受理投诉举报560起,其中食品卫生问题最多,方式以电话投诉为主,时间分布以第三季度为主,处理以取缔为主。结论:要重点整治无证经营行为和提高食品经营单位的卫生条件,并加强第三季度的卫生监督工作;同时鼓励社会监督。
Objective: To understand Xiaoshan District, 2008, complaints of health complaints. Methods: According to the classification, mode, time distribution and treatment of Xiaoshan District health complaints in 2008, statistical analysis was made. Results: In 2008, Xiaoshan District handled a total of 560 complaints and reports, of which the most was the food hygiene issue. The main complaints were telephone complaints. The distribution of the time was mainly in the third quarter and the treatment was mainly banned. Conclusion: It is necessary to focus on remediation of undocumented business activities and improve the sanitary conditions of food business units, and to strengthen the third quarter of health supervision; at the same time encourage social supervision.
