OBJECTIVE: Endothelial dysfunction and inflammation are important factors in the development of atherosclerosis.Animal studies proved that clopidogrel could inhibit the process of atherosclerosis.This study aimed to focus on 2 new ADP-receptor antagonists, prasugrel and ticagrelor, and to explore their anti-atherosclerosis effects and potential mechanisms.
