The development of alcoholic liver disease (ALD) is a complex process involving both the parenchymal and non-parenchymal cellsin the liver.The knowledge about the liver Non-parenchymal Cells (NPC) proteome in response to ethanol is very limited.Herein,weimployed comparative proteomics to analyze the regulation of alcohol to Non-parenchymal Cells during liver fibrosis development inrat model.
