A new method for absolute protein quantification via 18O labeled concatamers of quantitative peptides (QconCATs) combined with stable isotope dilution- multiple reaction monitoring mass spectrometry (SID-MRM MS) is established.The purity of the QconCAT recombinant protein consisted of the unique peptides of proteins from thermoanaerobacter tengcongensis (TTE) is 99 ％or more characterized by SDS-PAGE,and the molecular weight is approximately 63.
