Objective To investigate clinical features, risk factors, pathogen composition and prognosis of non-immunocompromised patients with hospital acquired pneumonia.Methods Retrospective reviewed 46 non-immunocompromised patients enrolled in Ansorp Study (A prospective multinational surveillance of hospital-acquired pneumonia (HAP) and ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) in adults in Asian countries) with hospital acquired pneumonia who were detected from February 2008 to June 2009.
