对虾中T-2毒素的蓄积规律

  目的:按定期递增量法进行机体耐受性和蓄积性研究,通过蓄积系数K来评价蓄积作用强弱,并判断对虾在小剂量长期染毒情况下是否出现对T-2毒素的耐受性.方法:设定染毒剂量组和方法,采用LC/MS/MS检测目标毒素在凡纳滨对虾血液、肌肉、肝胰腺、肠道、外壳中的蓄积量.按定期递增剂量法染毒对虾后分析其组织病理学变化情况.结果:蓄积系数K=0.85<1,表明T-2毒素在凡纳滨对虾体内高度蓄积.凡纳滨对虾对T-2毒素无明显耐受.在口服T-2毒素剂量为0.5、1.5、4.5、13.5 mg/kg的染毒饲料20 d后,染毒对虾的血液、头部、肌肉、外壳、肝胰腺和肠道中T-2或HT-2毒素均未检出.但是饲喂8d后的凡纳滨对虾后肠道、肝胰腺和肌肉样品病理切片显示出现不同程度病变.讨论:T-2毒素在凡纳滨对虾体内有功能蓄积,并可能以隐蔽态形式存在.本研究为T-2毒素在凡纳滨对虾体内的毒性评价提供了具体参数,通过T-2毒素在凡纳滨对虾体内有强蓄积性的判断但未检测到游离态毒素的实验结果提出在对虾中T-2毒素以隐蔽态形式存在的猜想,为进一步隐蔽态T-2毒素的研究奠定了基础.
