三江平原湿地--虎林地区浮游植物群落结构及多样性特征

  于2013 年7 月对虎林地区的东方红镇至饶河县五林洞镇沿途水体的浮游植物组成、丰度及优势种进行了分析.在采集区域设置10 个采样点,其中河流型样点8 个(七里沁河与沿途桥下溪流),湖泊型样点2 个(南岔湖).共鉴定出165 个分类单位,隶属6 门8 纲15 目27 科53 属.其中绿藻门21 属36 种1 变种(22%),裸藻门4 属16 种(10%),硅藻门22 属78 种23 变种(61%),蓝藻门4 属8 种(5%),甲藻门1 属1 种(1%),隐藻门1属2 种(1%).依据浮游植物种类组成和丰度大小,对浮游植物群落进行了聚类分析,多维标度分析与多样性指数计算.浮游植物总丰度为24.25×105cells/L,各个样点间差异显著.河流型样点普遍为浮游植物种类数量少,丰度低;湖泊型水体浮游植物种类数量多,丰度高.聚类结果及MDS 分析,河流型样点除样点6 外全部聚为一类,但可以明显看出样点之间差异性较大,主要与其生境特点相关;样点6 因其受农业活动影响,使其与湖泊型样点10 聚为一类.调查期间多样性指数:Shannon-Wiener 多样性指数在0.64-2.76,Margalef 多样性指数在0.13-2.30,Pielou 均匀度在0.54-0.99,Simpson 生态位优势指数在0.44-0.9,多样性阈值在0.69-2.76 之间.可以看出河流型水体群落结构简单,物种种间分布均匀,但稳定性不高,易受外界干扰而改变群落结构.根据多样性指数计算得到的结果与鉴定中出现大量的β-中污指示种,初步推断虎林区域水质可能受到了一定的污染.
