　　It is widely demonstrated that aberrantly expressed lncRNAs are associated with various cancers,but it is still uncertain how they may become coordinated during the gastric carcinogenesis.Here,we report that a novel lncRNA GACAT3 regulates the expression of fatty acid synthesis enzyme(FASN)through increasing the expression of miR-497 in gastric cancer.
