　　It is well known that xenobiotics are excreted from blood to hair shaft via hair root, but usefulness of hair root to distinguish drug abuse has not been demonstrated well.Therefore, detection widow of methamphetamine (MP) and MDMA in rat hair root after their single administration was studied.Determination of drugs in rat hair root, shaft and plasma has been performed by the modified HPLC-chemiluminescence (CL) detection combined with a column switching method in our previous report [1].
