  In recent years,rechargeable lithium-ion battery has occupied the dominant position in the fields of smallmobile consumer electronics products,and also shown prospects remarkable of electric vehicles and energystorage ares owing to its high energy density,high cell voltage,wide working temperature range,the charge anddischarge of long service life.low self discharge and no memory effect and other advantages[1-2].However,theliquid organic electrolyte of the lithium battery poses safetv hazards[3].
