Economic poverty is one of the factors that contribute to the spread of HIV/AIDS among poor communities.It is also one of the reasons why infected poor people face serious difficulties in financing their treatment.From both preventioh and treatment perspectives,the poor are highly vulnerable to the HIV/AIDS pandemic.Lack of affordable and accessible financial services is one of the problems the poor face in the promotion of their livelihood.
