【摘 要】
：
农业高校的专利数量逐年增加,一方面,国家积极鼓励专利转化,另一方面,由于诸多原因又导致专利转化率过低,从而形成转化的"矛与盾".文章从农业公益性、专利奖励政策、评价指标、转化投入、评估机制等五个方面分析了限制转化的因素,提出了积极争取地方支持、健全转化奖励政策、完善评价指标、增加专利转化投入、引入科技成果评估制度等加强农业高校专利转化的相关对策.
