在移动互联大潮的冲击下,动物疫苗创业迎来了空前的发展机遇.新产品研发已经成为企业致胜的法宝.大北农动物医学研究中心,旨在打造一条"民营企业、自主研发、成果转化、自负盈亏"的商业化研发之路.创业12年来,秉承"毒株是基础、证书是标志、队伍是核心、速度是效益"的研发战略,奉行"融入市场、快速收割、聚焦下游、关注上游"的研发战术,先后实现产品技术转让2.3亿元,目前部分在研产品正在与跨国公司洽谈技术转让

根据GenBank中Ⅰ型鸭肝炎病毒的基因组序列,应用Oligo6.0软件设计合成了2对特异性引物,建立了Ⅰ型鸭肝炎病毒的巢式RT-PCR检测方法.结果显示,该检测方法具有特异性强、敏感性高、重复性好等优点,可以准确快速检测出极低含量(1pg)的Ⅰ型鸭肝炎病毒.本研究解决了该病在组织病料中检出困难的难题,为工型鸭病毒性肝炎的快速诊断、净化及深入研究奠定了基础.
