　　Since Lu et al.reported the synthesis of TiO2 microcrystal with high reactivity {001} facet with the presence of HF, the TiO2 crystals with defined facet have attracted more and more attention.The popular reaction route is introducing compound contained fluorine into the reaction.Here, we report the synthesis of hierarchical nanostructure mesoporous anatase TiO2 spheres (MATS) exposed high-energy {001} facet through fluorine free hydrothermal route.
