With the development of people's living standard,the public's environmental awareness is strengthened.As the environmental pollutant,the discard coffee grounds which was useless for coffee shop,has increased the burden of environment.Herein a method of using discard coffee grounds is discovered and it endows the textiles more functions.The discard coffee grounds was dried and crushed into micron-sized coffee powders using physical means.Thus,the coffee powders could be used to prepared polyurethane(PU)films with different contents(0wt%,1wt%,2wt%,3wt%,4wt%,5wt%and 6wt%).The antiultraviolet properties and thermal comfort performances of difference PU films were measured.
