Deer antler is bony organ which cast and fully regenerate each year,and thus provides a great model for investigating mechanisms on mammalian organ regeneration.However,the underlying molecular mechanisms remain poorly understood.Antler development is a uniquely intense and complex process,which involves endochondral ossification and intramembranous ossification.
