Nutrition can have a major effect on testis mass and sperm production in adult sheep and goats,but little is known of the specific effects on the process of spermatogenesis.Sertoli cells are critical for spermatogenesis so,in this study,we tested whether nutrition affected the number and function of the Sertoli cell population,and a number of parameters of spermatogenesis.
