体外循环(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)可通过多种因素诱发全身性炎性反应,术后大量炎症介质释放入血可损伤心、肺、脑、肾等重要脏器,易引起器官衰竭和全身炎症反应综合征(Systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS).小儿心脏病患者身体各系统发育不完善,对炎性反应的耐受及调节能力差,CPB所引发的SIRS对患儿心肺等脏器的影响更为明显

体外循环(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)可通过多种因素诱发全身性炎性反应,术后大量炎症介质释放入血可损伤心、肺、脑、肾等重要脏器,易引起器官衰竭和全身炎症反应综合征(Systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS).小儿心脏病患者身体各系统发育不完善,对炎性反应的耐受及调节能力差,CPB所引发的SIRS对患儿心肺等脏器的影响更为明显,更容易导致多器官的功能不全[1].右美托咪啶作为一种新型的α 2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,不但可以抑制开胸手术中应激反应,而且还有较强的抗炎作用[2],但其对小儿CPB的炎性反应尚不清楚.本研究拟探讨右美托咪啶对小儿CPB围术期炎性反应的影响,为临床用药提供参考.
