Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs),as a one-dimensional carbon nanomaterial,have attracted considerable interest due to their excellent optoelectronic,mechanical and thermal properties.Individual tubes or small-sized bundles are often required to obtain the best performance.However,it is widely recognized that the SWNT bundles are not easily dispersed in aqueous solution,which severely limits their applications.
