Well-defined water-soluble block copolymers poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(N-(2-hydroxypropyl) methacrylamide-co-N-methacryloylglycylglycine) (PEG-b-P(HPMA-co-MAGG)) with different composition,molecular weight and narrow polydispersity were synthesized by reversible addition-fragmentation transfer (RAFT) polymerization.After labeled with radionuclide 125I and FITC,the in vitro cell uptake of copolymer with different negative charge by murine hepatocytes (NCTC-1469) was investigated.
