  Most biotissues are in soft and wet gel-like state and possess well-ordered structures,rendering the living organisms with excellent functionalities.1 For example,collagen fibers of the articular cartilage align in parallel to the sliding surface yet perpendicular to the interface with bone.These superstructures of collagen fibers are considered important for the functions of cartilages,including low sliding friction and strong bonding to bone.There are many efforts towards creating biomimetic superstructures,especially at macroscopic scale,in hydrogels with special functions.A general strategy is by self-assembly of amphiphile,block-copolymer,and liquid crystalline molecule prior to or during the gelation process.However,the control of self-assembly direction and formation of complex structure are difficult to realize.
