磁流变材料是由软磁颗粒和非磁性基体(包括液态的硅油及固态的聚合物等)复合而成,其模量和阻尼等力学性能会随外加磁场强度变化,从而在工程上有重大应用前途.由于磁流变液稳定性较差,而磁流变弹性体的磁流变效应比较小,因此具有高磁流变效应和高稳定性的新型磁流变材料成为一个新的研究重点.
