Aim: The effects of cannabinoid receptor 2 (CB2R) on the sepsis still remains undefined.Our study is to explore the role and mechanism of CB2R in acute sepsis model of mice.Methods: Survival rate was observed to evaluate the role of CB2R in LPS-induced acute sepsis in mice.ELISA was used to detect protein level of mice serum or cell supernatants.
