周波过零控制技术在工业热处理大功率电阻炉炉温控制系统中的应用与探讨

分析探究表明,周波过零控制技术在工业热处理电阻炉中的应用有着很大的发展潜力和应用价值。从本公司设备技术更新改造之RJ2-240-9, 240 kw及RJ2-180-6, 180 kw与RJ4-180-7, 180 kw三台热处理井式电阻炉,所采用周波过零控制技术后的实际效果来看,无论从提高炉温调节精度、提高炉温均匀性、提高电源利用效率及节能降耗等诸方面来分析,比其他几种电气控制方式,都有着不可比拟的优势。
