基于SEM的农村居民点整治中农户心理契约影响因素研究

：
研究目的:对农村居民点整治中的农户心理契约影响因素进行量化分析,为农村居民点整治如何充分体现农民意愿提供决策依据.研究方法:结构方程模型(SEM),信效度分析.研究结果:(1)农户现居住条件满足度与农户搬迁条件心理期望呈正相关关系;(2)农户对农村居民点整治问题较多受到关系型心理契约影响;(3)在各个影响因素中,农民较为重视基础设施、医疗服务、初级教育等因素,而忽略娱乐文化、商业服务等因素.研究结

研究目的:对农村居民点整治中的农户心理契约影响因素进行量化分析,为农村居民点整治如何充分体现农民意愿提供决策依据.研究方法:结构方程模型(SEM),信效度分析.研究结果:(1)农户现居住条件满足度与农户搬迁条件心理期望呈正相关关系;(2)农户对农村居民点整治问题较多受到关系型心理契约影响;(3)在各个影响因素中,农民较为重视基础设施、医疗服务、初级教育等因素,而忽略娱乐文化、商业服务等因素.研究结论:在农村居民点整治中,应关注影响农户行为的心理契约因素,引导农户从关注人际交往模式的关系型心理契约向更加关注长远利益、建立互助友爱协作模式的发展型心理契约发展,应逐步加强娱乐文化、商业服务等高层次服务设施建设.
