As the new theory and model of a modern regional economic development, the domain economy of urban circle is the basis of the industrialization and urbanization.Through the analysis to the city circle domain economic theory, this article puts forward the concept of city circle economic domain, and further analyzes formation rule of the city circle domain economic and development characteristics.
