  壳聚糖是自然界产量最大的氨基多糖,其具有很好的生物降解性、生物相容性、成膜性及良好的抗菌性。本文主要阐述了壳聚糖基纳米胶囊的制备方法,着重综述了近年来壳聚糖基纳米胶囊在医药、食品及纺织领域的应用研究进展。
