硬质薄膜水润滑摩擦学性能的研究进展

本文评述了硬质薄膜如类金刚石、非晶氮化碳以及金属氮化物和氧化物薄膜的水润滑性能的研究进展.分析了硬质薄膜在水润滑条件下的摩擦磨损特性,揭示了硬质薄膜在水中的磨损机制.结果表明:硬质薄膜在水中具有优异的减摩耐磨性能,其水润滑特性与薄膜结构、成分以及对磨副材料的物理化学性能有关.若是对磨副材料易于摩擦水合反应,硬质薄膜具有较低的磨损率.
