Objective: To initially explore hypoxia regulation on GCSC by studying the expression and correlation analysis ofhypoxia inducible factor lα (HIF-lα) and tumor-associated protein NESTIN,NANOG, SOX-2, and OCT3/4.Methods: In 178 cases of gastric cancer, we used immunohistochemical method to detect stem cell-related proteins.Kendall and Spearman nonparametric test were used to analyze the expression level and integration correlation of HIFlα and NESTIN, NANOG, SOX-2, and OCT3/4.HIF-lα,NESTIN, NANOG, SOX-2, and OCT3/4 expression and prognostic factors were analyzed using Cox multivariate analysis.K-M method and log-rank test were used to analyze the expression of NESTIN, NANOG, SOX-2, and OCT3/4, as well as the prognosis of patients who survived.
