Objective: To explore ZNF139 influence in SGC7901 gastric cancer orthotopic transplantation in nude mouse model using two-dimensional fluorescence difference gel electrophoresis(2D-DIGE) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) methods.This research studies the effects of ZNF 139inhibition on primary tumors and metastases of gastric cancer and to further demonstrate the ZNF139 regulatory mechanism that is involved in gastric cancer metastasis.
