　　Objective: To investigate the expression level of Kdm4b,Kdm6b mRNA in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,the long bone,alveolar bone,and adipose tissue of the ob/ob mice,preliminarily study whether histone demethylases KDM4B,KDM6B may affect bone metabolism and what the mechanism could be in obesity,and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment and prophylaxis for periodontitis in obesity.
