　　Liver cancer is a common malicious tumor and HBV-related primary tumorigenesis is a major cause of liver cancer.HBV is a DNA virus whose infection into hosts induces innate immune response from the hosts.Although the hosts are naturally resistant to HBV infection through immune defenses,about 5%of those infected by HBV would develop chronic hepatitis or become HBV carriers.
