[临床病例]患者女性,21 岁,半年前自觉后下后牙槽部肿胀、疼痛,渐渐张口受限直至完全不能张口。于当地医院行抗炎治疗,辅以理疗治疗,开口度有好转可进流食。但1 月后又出现张口受限,再次抗炎治疗,结合理疗开口度未见明显好转,来我院就诊。
