　　Computational biology has taken investigations of functions, disease responses and treatments of organs beyond the limits of empirical experimentation.Because cardiac functions are highly dependent on the structural organization of the myocardium, patient-specific structural models of the heart are essential in planning customized intervention of cardiac diseases.
