预铸式铝合金缸体干缸套开裂问题的研究
某发动机在试验后发现缸套缸间位置靠近顶平面处发生开裂,通过现象分析、仿真以及试验测量,确定缸套开裂原因.其一,缸体铸造脱模时产生的缸套内孔表面拉伤,且前后端方向内孔拉伤更严重;其二,缸体冷却过程缸套因所受各向压力不均导致变形,前后端方向缸套直径变小导致内部表面受到较大拉应力,在拉伤位置形成应力集中.

VCM技术对小排量增压直喷汽油机起燃工况颗粒物排放的影响研究
本文基于某1.0L汽油机,分别在起燃稳态与冷起动瞬态工况下,研究了VCM技术对燃烧状态及颗粒物排放的影响效果.结果表明,首次喷油相位与喷油压力为起燃工况下对颗粒物排放最为明显的两项影响因素,其中,首次喷油相位由于采用VCM加强了缸内湍动能得以推迟,使燃油着壁量减少,有效降低了PM与PN排放.在冷起动瞬态工况下,起始加浓控制阶段,通过采用VCM技术,发动机最大瞬态HC排放被降低29％,累积HC排放被
