国产超声设备与进口超声设备的临床应用对比研究

目的:通过对国产超声设备与进口超声设备进行不同级别医院的系列临床对比应用,评估国产超声诊断设备的临床应用价值.方法:分别在七所不同级别医院进行临床对比研究.选择五个主要超声应用部位:腹部(肝、胆),颈动脉、椎动脉,乳腺、产科及心脏进行超声图像评估.每部位、每所医院均完成30例扫查.同一病例分别先后进行同一部位同一器官同一切面的图像评估.四台被评价国产超声设备分别与进口超声设备IU22对同一评价对象采集图像(深度相同;单一聚焦点,即位置在所观察器官的中心;彩色多普勒取样框面积大致相等).随后对所存图像进行对比评价和评分.评分结果经检验均符合正态分布,每台被评价产品均与IU22进行配对t检验,P＜0.05,有统计学意义.
