随着国民经济的发展,城市机动车数量不断增加,现有市政道路设施,已远不适应,改善城市道路与交通的需要日益迫切。道路立交便是改善交通的措施之一,但如以交通工程学的观点建造立交,只关心静态的道路、桥梁设计标准是不能满足需要的。立交可产生广泛的社会效益,作为城市子系统的组成部分,其本身又是多种价值的集合。建造立交是为要改善交通,不是为搞现代化的形式,故应从功能研究出发确定立交的型式,而不应脱离现实去追求某种形式,因为每个立交都不是孤立的,它是参与道路系统共同发挥作用的,只有发挥道路系统的综合效益才能保
With the development of the national economy, the number of urban motor vehicles has been on the increase, and the existing municipal road facilities have become far from adequate. The need to improve urban roads and transportation is increasingly urgent. Road interchanges are one of the measures to improve traffic. However, if interchanges are constructed from traffic engineering point of view, they are only concerned with static roads. Design standards for bridges can not meet the needs.
