输电网严重故障后的电压稳定裕度实时评估与最优恢复策略快速计算

2008年的冰雪灾害对电网的安全稳定运行提出了新的要求。本文针对输电网在遭遇严重故障后的电压稳定裕度评估与恢复策略展开研究，提出了一种新的不依赖于预想故障集的电压稳定裕度和电网最优恢复策略快速计算方法，该方法具有结构简单、计算速度快、精度高的优点，可以应用于未来实用化的电力系统应急调度平台中。通过IEEE118节点系统算例分析，验证了该方法的有效性。
