Insulinoma associate-lb (Insm1b) is a zinc-finger transcription factor that plays an important role in neurogenesis Zebrafish insm1b is not detected in the early developmental stages but expresses in the central nervous system during neurogenesis.When embryos were exposed with RA, the expression of insm1b was ectopically induced at 30% epiboly stage and increased at 50% epiboly stage in a dose-dependent way, respectively.
