In order to determine the effects of bisphenol A (BPA), an endocrine disruptor, on aromatase (CYP19) expression in Ranachensinensisranachensinensis during adult reproductive cycles and in response to exogenous, we cloned the CYP19 gene by using RT-PCR with degenerative primers, and then investigated the expression patterns of mRNA and P450 protein of aromatase in testis treated with different BPA concentration by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry respectively.
