目的：由于藻蓝胆素(色基)供给不足，导致大肠杆菌体内重组表达的别藻蓝蛋白部分没有结合色基。本研究拟通过建立体外催化体系，提供足量的藻蓝胆素，提高重组藻胆蛋白的色基结合率，改善重组藻胆蛋白的光谱学性质。

【摘 要】
：
目的：由于藻蓝胆素(色基)供给不足，导致大肠杆菌体内重组表达的别藻蓝蛋白部分没有结合色基。本研究拟通过建立体外催化体系，提供足量的藻蓝胆素，提高重组藻胆蛋白的色基结合率，改善重组藻胆蛋白的光谱学性质。
