GH4169G合金是在GH4169的基础上,使B、P控制在一定范围内而形成的一种新型合金,主要用于制造航空发动机涡轮盘、转子等。由于技术标准要求B、P范围窄,因此能否准确测定硼、磷的含量成为此钢质量控制的关键。本文采用ICP-AES电感耦合等离子体光谱仪对高温合金GH4169G中的硼元素含量的测定进行了有益的研究和探索,确定了最佳的元素谱线和分析条件,并进行了重现性和再现性试验。本方法检出限低、精密度好且操作简便、快速、结果准确,可用于常规分析。
GH4169G alloy is based on the GH4169, B, P control in a certain range and the formation of a new type of alloy, mainly for the manufacture of aero-engine turbine disk, rotor and so on. As the technical standards require a narrow range of B, P, so the accurate determination of boron and phosphorus content has become the key to quality control of this steel. In this paper, ICP-AES ICP-AES was used to study and explore the determination of boron in superalloy GH4169G. The optimal elemental spectra and analytical conditions were determined and the reproducibility and reproducibility test. The method has the advantages of low detection limit, good precision, simple and quick operation, accurate result and can be used for routine analysis.
